How Traineroo Contributed
Traineroo partnered with Carl Zeiss to strengthen both team collaboration and customer service. We introduced DiSC assessments to help leaders and teams understand communication styles and improve cooperation. We designed and facilitated customer care training to enhance service quality across different business units. To ensure customer trust, we facilitated a complaint-handling workshop that equipped employees with tools to respond effectively.
