How Traineroo Contributed
At Doove Care Group, Traineroo introduced DiSC Assessments to create a shared language around communication and collaboration. We delivered focused leadership development for the MT and Executive Board, linking people leadership to operational priorities in care. Sessions were hands-on and case-based so leaders could immediately apply new behaviors in team and stakeholder conversations. Alongside leadership training, we provided coaching for the Process Coaches, strengthening their role as multipliers of best practice. This combination improved cross-functional alignment and day-to-day collaboration. The result: clearer communication, stronger leadership cadence, and more consistent support for frontline teams.
