hallo, ICT Solutions is a fast-growing IT services provider with a buy-and-build strategy. They are offering cloud, connectivity, and workplace solutions for SMEs. With a focus on personal service and digital innovation, hallo, helps businesses work smarter and more securely. As the company grew rapidly, that’s why hallo, needed a unifying Culture DNA. To speed up the onboarding process of new companies, keeping teams connected and consistent. Scaling leadership, embedding values, and aligning HR (people Solutions) practices were vital to ensure sustainable growth and an engaged workforce.
How Traineroo Contributed
Traineroo worked closely with hallo, to develop their DNA (brand culture), capturing the essence of what the company stands for. We activated this through DNA roadshows and culture workshops for over 600 team members, making values tangible for all employees. To secure a scalable approach, we facilitated Train-the-Trainer programs including the design of hallo, DNA Roadshow Trainer Toolkits, empowering 12 internal trainers to keep learning alive. Alongside culture, we designed and facilitated leadership development programs for both the senior leadership team (leadership journey) and over 40 operational leaders (Leadership in Operations). We also provided consultancy on HR optimization and used DiSC assessments to enhance self-awareness and collaboration in leadership training. These combined efforts created alignment across the organization and built a strong, people-driven culture.
