HMS Host is known for delivering quick, reliable, and high-quality hospitality experiences to millions of travelers every day. In a fast-paced travel environment, training consistency and team engagement are critical. HMS Host needed creative, scalable solutions to embed training and service standards in an engaging way.
How Traineroo Contributed
Traineroo developed a customized Escape Room concept for HMS Host, designed as a gamification learning tool to strengthen teamwork, problem-solving, and communication under pressure. We provided a full facilitation script and observation tools so managers could guide sessions effectively and debrief teams afterward. To scale this learning experience, we implemented a Train-the-Trainer, enabling internal trainers to deliver the program across multiple locations. The combination of experiential learning and scalable training created energy, engagement, and sustainable impact across HMS Host teams.
