Within the Axivate Horeca partnership, Traineroo supported Hotel van Rossum in developing its Culture DNA, aligning the hotel with the group’s shared values. We facilitated engagement surveys, delivered leadership development, and designed the guest journey to ensure every detail reflected the hotel’s premium positioning. Through Train-the-Trainer and onboarding journeys, we enabled Hotel van Rossum to deliver authentic, consistent, and memorable guest experiences.
About Hotel Van Rossum
Hotel van Rossum is a boutique hospitality venue in Woerden, offering luxury stays and fine dining in a historic building. The hotel is part of the Axivate Horeca Group, known for combining authentic locations with exceptional guest experiences. As part of a growing hospitality group, Hotel van Rossum needed to align with Axivate’s Culture DNA while maintaining its unique identity. Leadership, onboarding, and service standards were crucial to ensure consistency across the group.
How Traineroo Contributed
Within the Axivate Horeca partnership, Traineroo supported Hotel van Rossum with Culture DNA development, aligning the hotel with the group’s values. We facilitated employee engagement surveys and ran leadership development programs to strengthen management teams. By designing the guest journey, we helped ensure that every touchpoint reflected the hotel’s premium positioning. We also co-created an onboarding program to quickly integrate new employees into the culture. To make learning sustainable, we delivered Train-the-Trainer programs and provided consultancy to embed these initiatives long-term. These actions supported Hotel van Rossum in delivering both authentic and consistent guest experiences.
