INREV is the European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles, representing fund managers, investors, and advisors. As a leading industry body, INREV provides standards, research, and professional development to shape transparency and best practices in real estate investment. As a member-driven association, INREV needed strong cultural foundations and leadership skills to engage stakeholders effectively. Embedding a clear DNA and strengthening collaboration ensured consistency across teams and credibility with members.
How Traineroo Contributed
Traineroo supported INREV with the development of their Brand DNA, capturing the values and principles that guide the association. We activated this DNA through workshops that made the culture tangible for employees and leadership.
