Traineroo partnered with Manhattn’s Burgers to create the Manhattn’s Blueprint, defining guest experience, staff behavior, and leadership pillars to support growth. We delivered Train-the-Trainer programs and leadership development for store managers to strengthen coaching and consistency. To support expansion, we introduced a casting concept for recruitment and developed training toolkits for onboarding and development. By integrating DiSC in leadership, Manhattn’s built confident teams, consistent service, and a strong culture that fuels its international growth.

Manhattn’s Burgers is a hospitality brand inspired by the New York burger scene. With multiple restaurants in Belgium, France and beyond, the brand has built its reputation on high-quality food, vibrant atmospheres, and a strong sense of culture. Manhattn’s blends casual dining with premium experiences, making it a standout player in the competitive restaurant market. Scaling restaurant openings requires not only strong operations but also a consistent guest experience and culture. For Manhattn’s, defining clear behaviors and leadership pillars is critical to ensuring growth without losing authenticity.
How Traineroo Contributed
Traineroo co-created the Manhattn’s Blueprint, covering guest experience, staff behavior, culture, and leadership pillars. We developed and facilitated Train-the-Trainer programs, enabling internal trainers to roll out consistent learning across locations. To strengthen store-level leadership, we delivered leadership development programs for store managers, building coaching and operational excellence skills. For recruitment, we supported the casting concept and execution of team member selection for new openings. Additionally, we created training toolkits to ensure scalable onboarding and development. By embedding DiSC in leadership programs, we helped managers adapt communication and inspire diverse teams. Together, these initiatives built a strong cultural foundation and scalable growth model.
