About Margie’s Streetkitchen & Bar
Margie’s Streetkitchen & Bar is a lively hospitality venue in Utrecht, combining street food flavors with a relaxed and vibrant bar experience. The restaurant is part of the Axivate Horeca Group, a Dutch hospitality collective known for authentic locations and strong cultural identity. Being part of a larger group, Margie’s needed to align with the Axivate Culture DNA while developing its own guest journey. Leadership, engagement, and onboarding are essential to maintain quality and energy across the team.
How Traineroo Contributed
Within the Axivate Horeca collaboration, Traineroo supported Margie’s with Culture DNA development to ensure alignment with the group’s values. We ran employee engagement surveys to measure and enhance team motivation. Our leadership development programs helped managers lead with confidence and consistency. Together we mapped and optimized the guest journey, ensuring every touchpoint reflected Margie’s unique vibe. To onboard staff effectively, we co-created an onboarding program aligned with cultural and service standards. Finally, Train-the-Trainer and consultancy support built long-term training capacity. These efforts combined to deliver consistency, motivation, and guest-focused excellence.
