How Traineroo Contributed
Traineroo collaborated with Meta by hosting global Trainer Events, bringing in-company trainers together to share practices and strengthen their role. We delivered Train-the-Trainer programs to scale training capacity internally, ensuring consistency across regions. To support team cohesion, we facilitated team building sessions that boosted collaboration across diverse, global teams. We also co-developed the Meta Mindset (culture guide), translating values into actionable training content. These initiatives gave Meta a stronger internal trainer network, scalable training capability, and a clear cultural compass for its workforce.
