Traineroo partnered with NEOM to co-create the NEOM Hospitality Culture, shaping the experience, staff behaviors, and future-forward culture for one of the world’s most ambitious destinations. Working alongside brand and concept partners, we developed the NEOM Culture Guide and employee journey, including scalable recruitment, onboarding, and growth paths. These initiatives built a strong cultural foundation, aligning people and purpose to deliver the future of hospitality.
About NEOM
NEOM is Saudi Arabia’s bold giga-project, building futuristic cities and destinations focused on innovation, sustainability, and tourism. With hospitality as a cornerstone of its development, NEOM aims to redefine the global standard for guest and employee experiences. Creating a completely new hospitality ecosystem required a shared culture and employee journey from the ground up. Defining values, recruitment, and growth paths was critical to attract talent and deliver a consistent luxury experience at scale.
How Traineroo Contributed
Traineroo co-created the NEOM Hospitality Culture, working alongside brand design, interior design, and hotel concept specialists. We developed the NEOM Culture Guide and immersion modules, ensuring employees could internalize and live the culture. We also designed the employee journey, covering scalable recruitment, onboarding processes, and growth paths. These initiatives aligned people with purpose, provided clarity for operations, and ensured consistency across future hotel brands. Traineroo’s contribution created a culture-driven foundation for one of the most ambitious hospitality projects in the world.
