How Traineroo Contributed
Traineroo worked with Noordwest Ziekenhuisgroep on a mix of team building and leadership development initiatives. We delivered DiSC workshops to increase self-awareness and improve communication within and across teams. To encourage creativity and deeper reflection, we facilitated Lego Serious Play sessions, giving leaders and employees new ways to solve challenges. These interventions enhanced collaboration, strengthened leadership practices, and created stronger alignment between care teams and organizational goals.
