The restaurant is part of the Axivate Horeca Group, which is recognized for its diverse portfolio of unique restaurants and boutique hotels. As part of a larger group, PK Restaurants aligns with Axivate’s Culture DNA. Leadership development, onboarding, and consistent guest journey design are central to delivering high-quality experiences that fit the group’s cultural foundation.
How Traineroo Contributed
Within the Axivate Horeca partnership, Traineroo supported PK Restaurants with Culture DNA development, embedding shared values into daily practices. We facilitated employee engagement surveys to collect insights and strengthen motivation. Our leadership development programs gave managers the skills to inspire their teams and maintain high service standards. We designed the guest journey, ensuring every touchpoint matched the brand promise, and co-created an onboarding journey for new hires. Through Train-the-Trainer and consultancy, we built sustainable training capacity for long-term impact.
