How Traineroo Contributed
Traineroo partnered with SIXT on learning development and leadership team building. We designed and delivered a unique Escape Car concept—a pop-up escape room played with multiple teams in cars. This gamified experience allowed leaders and employees to practice collaboration, problem-solving, and communication under pressure. The format made learning fun, memorable, and directly relevant to daily challenges in mobility services. By combining innovation with leadership development, we helped SIXT strengthen teamwork and create energy within the organization.
