Traineroo partnered with Sunparks to strengthen leadership and performance across its holiday parks. We developed and delivered learning programs and Leadership Bootcamps, alongside an Effective Performance Appraisals framework to support consistent growth. Through Train-the-Trainer programs, we enabled local trainers to roll out learning on-site, ensuring scalability and alignment. This approach improved communication, engagement, and leadership impact across the organization.
About Sunparks
Sunparks is part of Pierre & Vacances / Center Parcs, offering family holiday parks across Belgium. Known for accessible vacations and a wide range of facilities, Sunparks provides guests with relaxed, nature-based holiday experiences. As part of a larger group, Sunparks requires scalable learning and leadership solutions to ensure consistency in guest experiences. Strong performance management and development systems support teams in maintaining service standards across parks.
How Traineroo Contributed
Traineroo supported Sunparks with learning development and delivered Leadership Bootcamps to equip managers with practical leadership skills. We co-created an Effective Performance Appraisals program, including the design of both content and processes. To ensure sustainable roll-out, we implemented Train-the-Trainer programs, enabling internal trainers to cascade learning across locations. Alongside this, we provided consultancy support, ensuring alignment with group standards and scalability across the organization. These initiatives helped Sunparks strengthen leadership capabilities and embed consistent performance practices across parks.
