How Traineroo Contributed
Traineroo facilitated in-company Train-the-Trainer programs, building internal training capacity within The Address Hotels. Trainers gained tools and confidence to deliver effective, brand-aligned training across teams. In addition, we designed and facilitated blended leadership development programs, combining live and virtual sessions to make learning continuous and accessible. This approach allowed leaders to build skills while balancing daily operational demands. Together, these programs strengthened internal capacity, ensuring sustainable development and consistent service quality across properties.Â
