Traineroo partnered with The Social Hub to build a global Train-the-Trainer network, deliver leadership programs, and embed DiSC learning to strengthen culture and performance across Europe. We also supported New Hotel Opening Programs (NHOP) in Florence, Porto, and Rome, designing onboarding journeys and a Leadership Week to align teams and inspire confident openings. The result: scalable learning, strong leadership, and a vibrant culture that connects every hub.
About The Social Hub
The Social Hub is a pioneering hospitality and real estate brand, combining hotels, student housing, co-working, and community spaces across Europe. With a mission to create connected communities, TSH has become a hub where travelers, students, and locals come together to live, work, and grow. With operations across multiple countries, TSH relies on scalable training and leadership development to maintain culture and service standards. Building a global trainer community and embedding shared values are essential to align people and performance.
How Traineroo Contributed
Traineroo partnered with The Social Hub to develop a Train-the-Trainer program, building a strong, global network of in-company trainers. We delivered leadership development at multiple levels and supported learning & development programs across the organization. To foster cultural change, we designed sales training and embedded DiSC assessments and workshops, including the development of a DiSC toolkit for teams. Alongside this, we provided strategy consulting to align people and performance with long-term growth ambitions. This integrated approach empowered TSH to scale consistently while keeping its culture alive across Europe.
New Hotel Opening Program (NHOP)
Besides that, Traineroo supported The Social Hub with the development and facilitation of New Hotel Opening Programs (NHOP), ensuring smooth launches in Florence, Porto, and Rome. We designed and delivered onboarding journeys for new team members and a Leadership Week program for management teams, combining culture, service, and leadership development. These initiatives created alignment, energy, and a shared mindset. Helping new hotels open with confidence and a strong foundation for success.
