We built internal training capacity with Train-the-Trainer and delivered leadership programs and a Leadership Journey to align and inspire leaders. The result: stronger communication, consistent culture, and empowered teams across the organization.
About Traffic Service Nederland
Traffic Service Nederland (TSNED) is a leading company in traffic and infrastructure services, ensuring safe and efficient traffic flow around construction projects and roadworks. With a large workforce and nationwide operations, TSNED plays a crucial role in infrastructure safety. For TSNED, creating a shared Culture DNA and aligning leadership with operational realities is vital. With hundreds of team members in the field, scalable training and leadership development ensure that culture is lived at every level.
How Traineroo Contributed
Traineroo co-created the TSNED Culture DNA through a series of interactive workshops, resulting in a Culture Guide and a DNA Roadshow training concept. To scale this across the organization, we implemented Train-the-Trainer, empowering internal trainers to co-facilitate DNA sessions with hundreds of employees. We also designed and facilitated leadership development programs, particularly focusing on Leadership in Operations, to upskill operational leaders in bringing the Culture DNA to life. For the senior leadership team, we guided an extensive Leadership Journey, building alignment and long-term direction. DiSC assessments were integrated into leadership programs to deepen self-awareness and strengthen communication.
