We developed learning modules, leadership programs, and a Train-the-Trainer approach to scale culture across countries. Through engagement surveys, mystery visits, and DiSC training, we helped Umamido strengthen communication, consistency, and customer experience worldwide.
About Umamido
Umamido is a fast-growing hospitality brand specializing in Japanese ramen. With both company-owned and franchise restaurants, Umamido combines authenticity with scalability, bringing quality ramen experiences to multiple markets. For Umamido, rapid growth requires a strong cultural foundation and consistent guest experience across franchises. Embedding DNA, leadership, and training systems is essential to support sustainable expansion.
How Traineroo Contributed
Traineroo partnered with Umamido to design the Umamido Brand DNA, defining the cultural and experiential foundation of the brand. We translated this into learning modules for team members and a leadership development program for managers. Together with the in-company trainer team, we facilitated Culture DNA workshops in several countries through a Train-the-Trainer approach, making culture scalable across markets. To monitor impact, we conducted employee engagement surveys and mystery visits, providing valuable feedback on performance. Finally, we integrated DiSC assessments into leadership and Train-the-Trainer programs, enhancing communication and collaboration skills.
