Vegitalian is a pioneering restaurant concept in the Netherlands, fully committed to accelerating the plant-based food transition. With a stylish, welcoming vibe, Vegitalian proves that sustainable dining can be both conscious and indulgent, offering a fresh alternative to traditional dining. As a new brand, Vegitalian needs a strong cultural foundation and training framework to bring its purpose to life in daily operations. Embedding values and customer experience into leadership and team practices is key to scaling sustainably.Â

How Traineroo Contributed
Traineroo partnered with Vegitalian to design their Brand DNA, capturing values, guest experience, and desired staff behaviors. We translated this DNA into learning modules for team members and a leadership program to ensure alignment from the top down. To strengthen cultural adoption, we facilitated DNA workshops with employees, creating ownership and energy across the team. To prepare for growth, we trained in-company trainers, giving Vegitalian the capacity to embed culture and training sustainably. These initiatives helped Vegitalian launch and grow as a purpose-driven hospitality brand.
