About Vintage Tapasbar
Vintage Tapasbar is a lively hospitality concept in Utrecht, specializing in Spanish-inspired tapas and social dining. The venue is part of the Axivate Horeca Group, which is known for unique restaurant concepts built on a shared cultural foundation. Within Axivate Horeca, Vintage Tapasbar applies the group’s Culture DNA while creating its own guest-focused identity. Leadership and onboarding are essential to maintaining consistency and delivering high-quality guest experiences.
How Traineroo Contributed
As part of Axivate Horeca, Traineroo worked with Vintage Tapasbar on Culture DNA development, embedding group values into daily practice. We conducted employee engagement surveys to gather insights and improve motivation. Our leadership programs strengthened managers’ ability to guide and inspire their teams. By mapping and optimizing the guest journey, we ensured every detail reflected Vintage Tapasbar’s warm and social character. We also co-created an onboarding journey, ensuring new employees integrated smoothly into the team. To sustain these initiatives, we delivered Train-the-Trainer programs and offered consultancy support for long-term impact.
