ABOUT PRACTICAL ASSIGNMENTS
At Traineroo, we want to make training more relevant, fun and effective. Translating learnings from a training to real-life work situations is a crucial part in the learning process. That’s why we use (practical) assignments as part of our learning journeys. Before, during or after the training. Assignments specifically related to the topic of the training.
Before the start of the training, assignments are usually part of an e-learning program and aimed to help the participants to prepare themselves even better for a training. The assignment can contain some research, (team) analysis, or collecting data about KPIs. During the training we always work with ‘experience based’ assignments. Learning through experience and reflection. Assignments after a training are usually focussed on applying learnings in practice, combined with (self)reflection.
When assignments are part of a learning journey, they will be reviewed by the trainer and provided with feedback. Or discussed immediately during the training!
