The program of the Leadership Journey is tailor-made together with you, as every organization and every team are different. In addition, every leadership journey always contains a part before and after the journey. Below you can read in outline what you can expect.

  • an introductory meeting during which we coordinate expectations and learning objectives
  • an online intake questionnaire
  • a preparatory assignment for the journey

As a person (and therefore also in your “role” as a leader) you develop certain basic beliefs from which certain behavioral patterns arise. These fixed behavioral patterns result in your personal success formula. Patterns of thinking, feeling, and behavior that are automatically adopted when dealing with new situations or problems. At times with the desired effect, and at other times with an undesired effect. It is important that you acknowledge this and take responsibility for it.

During the journey we will confront you with situations, assignments and events in which beliefs and their effects play a central role. Working on identity and conviction is working on sustainable behavioral change.

  • A (beautiful) 3-day trip that you will not soon forget. We have a fixed location in Germany, but we can also arrange the leadership journey at a different location. This requires some extra preparation for the trainers.
  • “All-inclusive” so you can focus on the content
  • Two senior leadership trainers for even better guidance. Two see more than one, different styles and backgrounds and therefore multiple angles. And the possibility, if necessary, to work 1-on-1 for a short time.
  • 2 one-hour personal 1-on-1 coaching sessions per leader with an interval of 6 weeks, starting 6 weeks after the trip
  • 2 team coaching moments of 1.5 hours with an interval of 6 weeks, starting 3 weeks after the trip

In addition to being experts by experience, we have specialized in working with issues at identity level. Working at an identity level means working on sustainable change. As an organization, you have defined your vision/mission and core values. They are on the website. Nice! Now what? How do you bring these to life? Reflection on behavior and the creation of insight is a crucial part of this. You can take those steps with us in one journey towards the breakthrough you want in the field of leadership and personal development. During this journey you will experience what you need to take steps. As an individual and as a team. Management books can’t compete with that!

At Traineroo, the leadership journey is part of a ‘learning journey‘. For the Leadership Journey, the learning journey can be optimized with additional modules. Think of 1-on-1 coaching of individual team members, a Leadership 360 Scan or additional training modules.


Prior to this intensive leadership journey, we have an intake interview with you as a client. In addition, the participants receive a digital intake form. We ask them to think about what they want to get out of the LEAD Leadership Journey. In this way we ensure that this intervision moment with the management team perfectly matches the individual learning objectives and the development needs in the field of leadership within the organization.
