Passionate, dedicated, challenging and good understanding of our business made Jeroen a great match to design and execute our blueprint. With his focus to deliver but with a good eye for the sensitivities in the organisation, Jeroen and his team managed to run a very successful Casting Event in Curacao! We worked with Traineroo to further shape our blueprint (Culture DNA), sharpen our mission/vision, worked on leadership and the desired guest experience. Jeroen reflected in such a way that it was maybe the greatest gift he gave us, it was exactly what we needed as a company to take the next steps and further grow towards the future.

Wereldhave Netherlands have worked with Traineroo for the roll-out of the first phase of our online shopping center platform. Jeroen joined us in the presentation to all retailers of our shopping centers and had a great presentation about what social media can offer for retailers nowadays. Many good, practical and handson examples made all retailers very enthousiastic about implementing this into their business model as a new way of communicating with their clients and to improve their existing business and marketing/communication strategy! Online is no longer only a threat but now also an opportunity for our retailers!

Together with Traineroo, we mapped out the Culture DNA of Traffic Service Nederland. Thanks to Jeroen’s ability to connect people, we made major progress in a short time in defining our identity. I first met Jeroen whilst working on a new project for the Address Hotels Cluster. As a consultant trainer and expert in structural change into a new NXT Level innovative culture, Jeroen was heading up the leadership training. Jeroen is a one-in-a-million guy, with a great view on customer/guest experience. His universal character fits many (company) cultures.
