I first met Jeroen whilst working on a new project for the Address Hotels Cluster. As a consultant trainer and expert in structural change into a new NXT Level innovative culture, Jeroen was heading up the leadership training. He is extremely professional in training and has an ability to connect emotionally with his delegates. His humbleness and ability to be so open about his own experiences and stretches, enabled an immediate buy in with the leaders. He trains with clear examples and solid experiences from the field which is up to date and relevant. He is not afraid to highlight any challenges ensuring that everyone is at the same pace.

Traineroo led the design and facilitation of a Train the Trainer Program at The Social Hub where he helped our team coach in-house trainers on topics ranging from leadership to new standards. Jeroen led the group with such grace and empathy! He clearly understands the needs of our business and how to translate these so that trainers know how to best deliver them to staff at our Hubs. Jeroen delivered feedback to all of us on our facilitation styles and taught us how to improve at it – something I believe L&D professionals don’t get enough chances to be part of. Wereldhave Netherlands have worked with Traineroo for the roll-out of the first phase of our online shopping center platform. Jeroen joined us in the presentation to all retailers of our shopping centers and had a great presentation about what social media can offer for retailers nowadays. Many good, practical and handson examples made all retailers very enthousiastic about implementing this into their business model as a new way of communicating with their clients and to improve their existing business and marketing/communication strategy! Online is no longer only a threat but now also an opportunity for our retailers!
