This is where we help organizations bring their culture to life and embed new behaviors that last. The Culture DNA workshop will be fully customized to your Culture DNA. For larger organizations, we offer a Train-the-Trainer or Culture Coach approach. In which we empower (informal) leaders op your organization to (co-)facilitate these workshops. We strongly advice to incorporate this workshop into the onboarding journey for new team members.
