About Culture DNA Design Session
Every strong organization is built on a clear and intentional culture. The Culture DNA Design Session is where that culture takes shape. Using Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle as a starting point (Why do we exist, What do we do and How do we do it), we define you organization ‘Culture DNA’. In a 1-day interactive workshop, we guide you through the 4-step Culture Design Model to define:
1. Desired Customer Experience
What do you want your customers or guests to feel and remember?
2. Optimal Staff Interaction
What daily actions and attitudes bring the desired customer experience to life?
3. Stimulating Working Climate
What kind of culture (values) enables those behaviors to flourish?
4. Empowering Leadership
What leadership behaviors will inspire and sustain your culture?
The result is a clear and visual Culture DNA, Brand DNA, or Culture Blueprint. A one-page format for aligning strategy, people, and purpose.
For larger organizations, we usually facilitate multiple enriching sessions with different teams and levels. This approach builds broader ownership, strengthens alignment, and ensures the Culture DNA reflects your entire organization, not just a single perspective.
