About DiSC Workshop
People are different, and that’s what makes teams strong. The DiSC Workshop helps participants understand their own behavioral style and recognize the preferences and needs of others. Using the DiSC-over.com platform, we create an engaging, interactive experience where people learn to adapt their communication, build stronger relationships, and collaborate more effectively.
This workshop can be delivered as a standalone team session, a module within leadership or Train-the-Trainer programs, or part of a culture activation journey. Each participant completes a personal DiSC assessment, resulting in powerful insights, practical tools, and meaningful conversations. For larger organizations, we offer customized in-company workshops or DiSC Certification Programs to build internal DiSC experts and trainers.
What We Do & Deliverables
We facilitate DiSC Workshops that combine insight, reflection, and real-world application. Through interactive (gamified) exercises and group dialogue, participants discover how to use DiSC insights to communicate better, reduce conflict, and strengthen collaboration.
Deliverables:
- Individual DiSC assessments via DiSC-over.com
- 0.5–1 day interactive team workshop (in-person or online)
- Personal and team DiSC profiles and reports
- Practical exercises and team discussions
- Optional: Integration into leadership or Train-the-Trainer programs
- Optional: DiSC Certification Program for in-company trainers
