About Leadership Coaching (team)
The best leaders achieve more when they work together. Our Leadership Team Coaching brings leadership teams together in a focused, structured, and open way. Helping them reflect, connect, and align around shared goals and values. Through facilitated conversations, practical exercises, and guided reflection, teams identify what drives them forward and what holds them back. The focus is on creating a safe space for honest dialogue, building trust, and developing collective leadership behaviors that cascade throughout the organization.
Team Coaching is often integrated into Leadership Journeys or Culture Design & Activation. Ensuring that the growth of the leadership team directly fuels organizational performance and culture.
What We Do & Deliverables
We design and facilitate tailor-made team coaching programs that meet your organization’s goals and leadership context.
A typical coaching trajectory includes:
- Team intake and needs assessment (including interviews or team surveys)
- 2–4 team coaching sessions (in-person or virtual)
- Reflection tools and action planning between sessions
- Facilitation of trust-building and communication exercises
- Alignment on shared vision, goals, and behavioral agreements
- Optional integration with DiSC® Team or Group Profiles
- Follow-up or booster sessions to sustain growth
