With a background in hospitality and over 25 years of experience in training, coaching, and (service) concept development, Jeroen knows what it takes to create impact that lasts. From his early fear of public speaking to becoming an energetic facilitator who thrives on interaction. Jeroen is at his best when things get a little more exciting. Driven by curiosity and a healthy dose of boldness, he challenges people to reflect with the right intentions. He’s allergic to corporate nonsense and sugarcoated stories. Honesty, energy, and real connection are his trademarks.
Jeroen believes that even in skill-based trainings, real change only happens when behavior changes. And ‘training’ is not always the answer to every problem! After years of experience developing people and teams, he decided to do things differently. In 2020, during COVID lockdown, he founded Traineroo.com. A learning partner where results are measured not by the number of sessions delivered, but by the growth achieved. A place where passionate trainers and coaches inspire, challenge, and celebrate progress. Together.
