About The DiSC Certification Program

Behavior drives everything we do. How we communicate, collaborate, and lead. The DiSC Certification Program equips professionals to apply DiSC as a powerful tool for understanding people and improving performance. This hands-on certification is designed for HR professionals, coaches, and (in-company) trainers who want to embed behavioral awareness, communication effectiveness, and collaboration within their organization. Participants experience DiSC both as learners and facilitators. Combining DiSC theory, coaching practice, and training mastery.

Over two days of interactive live training, you’ll explore the four DiSC styles, uncover strengths and pitfalls, and learn to guide coaching conversations that build trust and self-awareness. The program includes a complete DiSC Trainer Toolkit with facilitation scripts, ready-to-use exercises, and professional training materials. Everything you need to deliver DiSC sessions independently and effectively. You’ll leave not only with a DiSC-over Certified Trainer Certificate, but with the knowledge, practice, and confidence to make DiSC a living part of your culture, leadership, and onboarding programs.
