Train-the-Trainer for Inhouse Trainers

Your people know your business best. But knowing how to do something doesn’t always mean knowing how to teach it. This Train-the-Trainer program is designed for incompany and inhouse trainers, team leaders, or subject-matter experts (SME’s) who facilitate onboarding sessions, internal training modules, or on-the-job learning moments. For Whom

This program is for inhouse trainers, team leaders and subject-matter experts who guide others in their daily work. Whether you facilitate onboarding, internal training modules or on-the-job learning, You’ll develop the skills to make every session interactive, inspiring and effective. So basically, for anyone responsible for transferring knowledge and skills within the organization, such as:

  • Inhouse trainers and learning ambassadors
  • Operational managers and team leaders
  • Subject-matter experts (SME’S) who guide colleagues in training or onboarding
  • HR or L&D professionals facilitating internal development programs

After this program, participants will be able to confidently facilitate internal training sessions, translate learning goals into engaging activities, and create a safe, motivating learning environment. They’ll know how to give and receive feedback, manage group dynamics and embed learning into daily operations.

  • The role of the trainer: from expert to facilitator
  • Structuring a training session for maximum impact
  • Understanding how adults learn
  • Storytelling and presentation skills for trainers
  • Building trust and psychological safety in learning settings
  • Handling difficult situations and resistance
  • Powerful questioning and active listening techniques
  • Giving and receiving feedback
  • On-the-job learning: turning daily moments into growth opportunities
  • Practical facilitation skills: timing, energy and flow

The Train-the-Trainer program includes:

  • Intake survey and personal DiSC profile
  • e-Learning modules troughout the journey
  • Two full training days (kick-off and final)
  • On-the-job assignments between sessions
  • Hospitality Training Toolkit (1) (retail value € 1.295)
  • Certificate of participation

(1) All participants of the Train-the-Trainer program will receive a complete ‘Hospitality Training’ toolkit for 8-12 hours of training.
