We are looking for a Senior Trainer/ Facilitator to join our #TeamTraineroo crew. If you are an experienced professional with a passion for unlocking (human) potential, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity.

In the role of Senior Trainer/Facilitator at Traineroo, you’ll guide learning experiences of individuals and groups, through training, coaching and consultancy! You are focused on bringing interactive and (blended) learning experiences to life for our Traineroo clients within different industries spread throughout the world. Nothing gives you a greater thrill than empowering a customer to unlock their potential! Together with the Traineroo team, you will facilitate different learning interventions in line with needs of our client(s) and the Traineroo way of working.

Together with the Traineroo team, you will facilitate different learning interventions in line with needs of our client(s) and the Traineroo way of working. The following applies to you:

You facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for diverse audiences.
You empower a variety of different hard and soft skills and knowledge to confidently become our customers’ and prospects’ trusted advisor.

ARE YOU THE PERFECT MATCH?

You have a proven track record of leadership excellence in your current or previous role, in a hospitality or retail environment. A plus is previous experience in facilitating trainings for multiple types of audiences..
You confidently stand in front of any group – from senior leaders to onboarding “newbees’ while clearly conveying your message.
You will collaborate frequently with many other teams and are able to demonstrate clear verbal and written communication (in English and Dutch).
You are a connector and maintain your network both offline and online.
You have a good understanding of adult learning principles and learning styles, ability to facilitate in an adult learning environment.
You lead by example and help make decisions that will enable our clients to better serve their customers, guests, etc.
You are self-motivated to continuously improve as well as be able to receive and give feedback.
You live in the Netherlands and can easily commute to our office in Naarden.
You are available for 32-40 hours per week.
