The vast majority of learning objectives (also) require a change in behaviour. And you don’t change behaviour with just one day of training. Context (why is something important), insights, knowledge – and most important self-reflection and awareness – are crucial. That is why every Traineroo training is structured as a learning journey: various learning interventions combined. You can create your own learning journey with our training modules , or choose one of our pre-designed learning journeys: Impact Level 1 to 4. IMPACT LEVEL 1

You have selected “Impact Level 1“. This is the basic learning journey that is applied to every Traineroo training. A learning journey with Impact Level 1 consists of a personalised invitation, intake survey, access to the online learning community and an pre-training e-learning module. After the training, we evaluate the session with the participants and they receive a Certificate of Participation. Scroll down and read more about the learning activities of this learning journey.

After registration you will receive a personalised invitation for the training. In addition to practical information such as the date, times and location, we focus on creating context. What does the training entail? What can you expect and above all: how can you prepare? And of course the trainer also introduces him/herself.

Every training has learning objectives. And what do YOU want to get out of this training? What expectations do you have? When has this training been successful for you? The trainer uses your intake survey input to prepare for the training. In this way the training is (even) better suited to your development needs!

Before the start of the training you will receive an invitation to our learning platform. An e-learning module will be waiting for you. By completing this e-learning module you are (even) better prepared for the training and all participants have the same starting point during the training. In the online learning platform you will also get to know the other participants.

Finally: the training will take place! We believe that people learn best through experience. Interaction, connection and reflection are the essence of our training programs. And fun. Because developing yourself should be fun too! Our trainers are experts in “managing” energy levels and group dynamics. Our training courses are exclusively facilitated by experienced trainers. That is why we guarantee that every participant, including you, will rate the training afterwards with at least an 8 (on a 1-10 scale)!

Reflection is embedded in our DNA. We want to do things better every day. And hopefully you feel the same about it for yourself. Reflection is inextricably linked to personal development. That is why we will send you a training evaluation survey to evaluate the training together with you. How did you experience the training? What have been the most important learning moments? How do you look back on your own development during the training? Training should have an effect. We guarantee an average rating of at least an 8 (on a scale of 1-10). Do you rate us with a lower score? We’ll fix it it together! No additional charges. Simply because we don’t settle for anything less!

Did you complete all parts of the learning journey? Then you will receive your Traineroo Certificate of Participation. This certificate is added to your learning profile in online learning platform and can also be downloaded. Just like all the handouts from the training.

IMPACT LEVEL 3

You have selected “Impact Level 3 “! In addition to all components of Impact Level 1 & amp; 2, this learning journey also contains practical assignments before and after the training. The assignments are assessed and provided with feedback by a certified Traineroo trainer. Keep in mind that participants will spend approximately 2-4 hours on these assignments. To make the training even more in line with work situation of the participants, drawing up their personal action plan is part of this learning journey. All assignments must be graded with at least a ‘sufficient score’ to complete the training. After completion, the participant will receive the additional Certificate Training Completed. Before the start of the training you will be offered a practical assignment via the learning platform. This assignment serves to prepare for the training. This can be, for example, a self-analysis, collecting data or creating a will/skill matrix of your team. The assignments are always directly linked to the learning objectives of the training. In addition to the preparatory aspect, these assignments also help create the right mindset.

Finally: the training will take place! We believe that people learn best through experience. Interaction, connection and reflection are the essence of our training programs. And fun. IMPACT LEVEL 4

Let take this to the max! With Impact Level 4 you go for optimal result from the chosen training. In addition to all components of Impact Level 1, 2 and 3, this learning journey contains a ‘final’ virtual training and 1-on-1 coaching for all individual participants. During the virtual final training we will focus on the assignments made and the application of what has been learned in practice. It is also a great time to share their experiences with other participants. What went well after the training? What did you run into? The 1-on-1 coaching sessions will take place after the final session. During the 1-on-1 coaching we’ll discuss progress and the emphasis will be on removing blockages / obstacles in their learning progress. Participation in the virtual final session and 1-on-1 coaching, as well as grading the assignments, are mandatory to complete the training. After completion, the participants will receive the additional Certificate Training Completed. We will meet again approximately 4 weeks after the training day. We do this through our ‘virtual classroom’ software. The focus of this final session is on sharing experiences. In addition, we discuss obstacles that you have experienced after the training and you will receive concrete advice to overcome these obstacles. The final session also contains additional information, knowledge and inspiration. And … it will be nice to connect with your co-participants again!

One of the most important parts in this Learning Journey: a 1-on-1 coaching session with your trainer. We will discuss what is already going very well and where you still experience some challenges. During the coaching session of approximately 30-45 minutes we will discuss your personal learning goals. How are you doing now? What help do you need to take that extra step in your personal development?

During this learning journey you draw up your personal action plan. Finally, we discuss the implementation of your action points. And we also look ahead. What help do you need? And from whom?

Personalised invitation

Final Session
