MEASURES
We believe safety (both physical and mental) is always important. However, the current situation with COVID-19 / Corona requires additional measures. So we took care of that. With our measures we ensure that you can continue to invest in the development of your team and your organisation. Whether this concerns training courses, cultural change or activities regarding strategy and objectives to be realised. We are ready to assist and divided our Corona Measures into three categories. The following measures will be taken to ensure a safe and hygienic environment during our training courses:

All participants will receive a virtual ‘COVID-19 Health Survey’ one day before the start of the training day. Submitting the survey is mandatory to access the training course.

The training location will be disinfected by the trainer. This includes tables, chairs, whiteboard markers and any other training materials that could be touched during training.

The safety instructions will be explained both verbally and visually during the start of the training.

Our trainers will have face masks, gloves and disinfectant gel available. Mouth masks will be used on your own initiative – or compulsory based on local laws and regulations – during the training.

For activities where we cannot guarantee a distance of 1.5 meters, the use of a mouth mask is mandatory.

The trainer ensures a safe situation in the training accommodation (including coffee buffet, lunch room, etc.).

FLEXIBLE
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Times are tough. For all of us! Unsure of what the future will bring. Is there another lock-down coming? Or is business finally going to pick up again? We know. After all, we also experience it ourselves. Because we still want you to be able to stimulate the development of co-workings in these difficult times, we have made a number of temporary adjustments to our Terms & Conditions. More flexibility in cancellation, rescheduling and payments!
Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Open training courses | When experiencing Corona symptoms, you can cancel your registration free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the training. No questions asked, no doctor’s statement needed. We’ll only charge you with costs we have to pay to the training location – with a maximum of € 50 per training day. You will receive the refund to your account within 5 working days. Or even better: we reschedule your training registration to the next date in our training calendar. It’s up to you!

In-company training courses | Do you want to reschedule a training to another date? This will be free of charge up to 7 days – normally 3 weeks – before the start of the first training day. Costs already incurred (intake, accommodation or airline tickets) will be charged. If you cancel within the period of 7 days before the start of the training, we will charge the full amount. However; if you reschedule the training to another date within 6 months from the planned training day, you will receive a 50% discount!

Tailor-made training courses | The same conditions apply as described for in-company training courses. Development costs are, however, fully charged.

Payment terms & payment in installments:

Our payment term is 14 days. Having some cash-flow issues but still want to continue developing your team? We’re happy to offer the opportunity to pay the invoice in instalments over 3 to 6 months.

Interactive Learning Journeys

Traineroo offers learning journeys in which we connect learning interventions to achieve optimal results. Ideally, a physical training is part of it. But sometimes that’s just not possible. For example, over a period of eight weeks, we guided a group of 25 managers in Dubai in their leadership development. A combination of truly interactive virtual classrooms sessions, combined with e-learning modules and assignments.
