After registration you will receive a personalised invitation for the 2-day training From Strategy to Departmental Action Plan. In addition to practical information such as training dates, times and location, we also pay attention to creating context. What does this training entail? The time has finally come: the 1st training day of From Strategy to Departmental Action Plan takes place. During this training day, we will immediately start translating the strategy and objectives of your company. What is your view on the strategy and objectives? What does this mean for you, your team and your department? What should your focus points be for next year?
Using a proven format, we translate your company’s strategy into a strategy at department level. We describe the goals for your team, with sub goals when necessary. More concrete = better! We also teach you how to present a strategy and plan in an interactive way to your team. And how to involve your team in the development and implementation of the department plan. A fun, energising and educational day!
After the 1st training day, you will have a clear picture of the impact on your department of the company strategy and objectives. You have translated the strategy and objectives of the company to your department and you have already made an action plan to realise these goals. In addition, we practiced ‘pitching’ your department plan to your team and management.
You are now going to work on the practical assignment: organise a strategy session with your team. You practice with pitching, but this session is mainly aimed at obtaining commitment and additional input. You will of course receive a number of tools from us to facilitate this in a fun way. The results of the strategy session with your team are used during the 2nd training day (final).
We will meet again approximately 2-4 weeks after the 1st training day. In the meantime, you have further refined your department plan, together with your team. You present this plan during the training. Not only do you receive feedback from the other participants and the trainer (s) on the content, but also on your presentation skills and enthusiasm! In addition, we will work with a number of tools & amp; skills that will help you in realising your department plan. After all: a plan is just a plan. And it remains nothing more than a dream if you don’t act on it!
Reflection is part of our DNA. And hopefully also in yours, because reflection is inextricably linked to your role as a leader. That is why we will evaluate the training together with you. How did you experience the training? What have been the most important learning moments? How do you look back on your own development during the training? Training should have an effect. We guarantee an average rating of at least an 8 (on a scale of 1-10). Do you rate your experience below an 8? Then we will solve that together. No additional costs apply.
