The DiSC Team Training program is designed for teams who want to get introduced to DISC and intend to use the insights gained through DiSC to work more effectively as a team/organization. This training can be trained at all levels within an organization..

During the DISC training you gain insight into your personal strengths and areas for development and you develop your mindset to further develop yourself. Explanation of the DISC instrument and its background so that everyone understands what the application possibilities are and how you can interpret your results and that of others. You will receive a DISC profile report that describes in detail what characterizes your behavior, what interests and drives you, how you influence others, how you deal with conflict and how you work best together. Everyone has personal preferences and qualities.

During the DiSC training you will receive feedback on your outcome of personalized DiSC profile and you will enter into in-depth discussions with each other. By doing exercises you learn to connect with other preferred styles and you deepen your own behavioral and communication patterns.

The DiSC Team training will bring a lot of inspiration and insights. Personal development requires both contextual- and behavioral change. For optimal results, this DiSC training can be supplemented with 1-on-1 coaching, additional leadership courses or a Leadership 360 Scan.

This training is fully focused on DiSC and its practical applications on the job within a team context. Therefore, it is imperative that participants complete the DiSC assessment prior to the training. A personal DiSC assessment,  a DiSC TeamWheel and a DiSC Team Dynamics Report) are included in this program and available in Dutch and English. Completing the DiSC assessment is a prerequisite for attendance to the training.

The in-company approach also offers additional options for tailoring specifically to the situation in your organization. A maximum of 12 people can participate in this training. If you want more employees to participate, we can split up the group or have an additional trainer present. We can also combine this workshop with all Leadership Training and Team Building Training programs
