A job well conceived is a job half done. Moreover, as trainers we have an allergy for ‘I have no idea why I’m here, I have been sent to the training by my manager’ or ‘I’m open to learn anything’. It is simply not effective to start a training with a mindset like that. That is why every participant in every training at Traineroo receives a personalised invitation before kicking off a learning journey. In addition to basic information about the training date(s) and times, the participant receives information about the main topics, the most important learning objectives and their trainer. The invitation also includes an overview of their personal learning journey, based on the chosen Impact level. By filling in an ‘intake survey‘ the participant already has to think about his/her own expectations and learning goals.
